Ever wanted to know how to cook an authentic new orleans gumbo? Know what jambalaya is, but don't know everything that goes in it? Intrigued by cooking, but afraid to step into the kitchen? Allow Chef Lou to give you an introduction into cajun creole cooking! Included with each 3 hour block of instruction: you'll learn basic knife skills and their uses, mis en place and execution of an entree, and proper plating techniques to impress any date, friend, or family member! Classes limited to 8 per session.
